Shipping and Payment

 1.  Shipping Terms


1.1 . We are using DHL, Aramex and Fedex, UPS, EMS , air cargo or simply registered post based on gross weight and need of buyers for delivery. The courier like DHL, Fedex, Aramex deliver normally within 4 to 7 business days while EMS takes up to 10 days. Registered mail takes up to 6 weeks but are low cost and can be shipped up to 2 kg goods.

If you have special preference for choice of courier service you may let us know. The shipping price vary little bit as per the courier service. We will let you know any additional cost for your choice of shipping carrier.

We can also ship single piece items like jewelry and low weight/volume items on economic mode of shipment, such as via registered parcel post. This takes up to 6 weeks to reach.


1.2.  Customer should report us and concerned courier services immediately for any damage goods or loss goods subject to the condition of box being received in damage condition or open condition within a week. Any loss of items /damage case reported after more than one week is not entertained.

If the goods arrived in damaged condition or not to the type of your buying or found defect in quality, you may ask for refund or replacement. Returning goods to Nepal is not feasible.


1.3. Write to us for bulk shipping rate at thirdworldcraft@gmail.com should you want to place order in bulk or several pieces . We will give discount for bulk purchase over 45 pcs.

1.4. Bulk order over 200 kg  may be shipped by air/sea cargo on cheaper rate. Please write to us for detail.  


1.5. For approximate shipping rate please refer to below table for reference as it may slightly change based on the date of purchase. 



2. Payment Methods and Procedures


2.1. We accept Credit Card/debit card (Master, Visa. American Express, JCB etc) via third party gateway like paypal or  bank transfer in Nepal or in USA bank account which is convenient for USA/Canada customers. We will give you address/account for such payment once order is negotiated if order placed by email.  We will send buyers proforma invoice via email along with payment sending link.  Customer wanting to use other method of payment should first contact us.


2.2. For commercial invoice need country other than north america, we need bank wire transfer for order exceeding US $ 100.00 . We will send you bank detail upon confirmation of order.


2.3. For larger order above 2000 $ we advise to pay by bank wire that will reach within 24 hrs. 


2.4. We also do accept western union and direct deposit .
