The price quoted in this web catalog are wholesale FOB Kathmandu price in US $ . We deliver goods door to door via DHL/TNT/Fedex/Aramex express courier. Shipping cost is calculated based on gross weight of shipment. Upon receiving of order, we will send pro-forma invoice indicating shipping cost .
2. Stock
You may order any quantity while ordering but, we encourage to place minimum order of 100$ to make shipping cost reasonable. Delivery is subject to the availability of stock. We inform buyer immediately about the stock availability and next shipping schedule if goods is out of stock.
3. Delivery
Delivery will be made normally within a week if it is available in stock, goods is shipped after we get payment either via paypal or bank transfer. Goods which are out of stock will be reproduced within shortest time possible and buyers will be informed for estimated delivery time.
4. Payment Methods and Procedures
We accept Credit Card/debit card (Master, Visa. American Express, JCB etc) and echeck payment via Paypal ( https://www.paypal.com ) or bank transfer in Nepal or in USA bank account which is convenient for USA/Canada customers. We will give you address/account for such payment once order is negotiated if order placed by email. We encourage buyer to pay online via Paypal . Normally paypal is preferred method of payment, but, we also do accept bank transfer to Nepal or USA bank or money transfer by Western Union. Customer wanting to use other method of payment should first contact us.
4. Shipping and Custom Policies
4.1 .We are using DHL, Aramex and Fedex for delivery . They deliver normally within 4 to 7 business days. If you have special preference for choice of courier service you may let us know. The shipping price vary little bit as per the courier service. We will let you know any additional cost for your choice of shipping carrier.
4.2. Customer should report us and concerned courier services immediately for any damage goods or loss goods subject to the condition of box being received in damage condition or open condition within a week. Any loss of items /damage case reported after more than one week is not entertained.
If the goods arrived in damaged condition or not to the type of your buying or found defect in quality, you may return purchased goods to our affiliates partner in USA PEOPLink. We will replace with the new one and deliver to you again .
4.4. Write to us for bulk shipping rate at thirdworldcraft@gmail.com should you want to place order in bulk or several pieces . We will give discount for bulk purchase over 50 pcs.
4.5. Bulk order may be shipped by air/sea cargo on cheaper rate.
5. Insurance
Insurance can be arranged for shipment upon request.
6. Custom Orders
We accept custom order or buyer's specific design. We provide exclusively design as per request. Please send your request with details.
7. Errors on Pricing and Cancellation of Orders
We reserve the right to cancel an order or request for price change due to price errors printed on the website due to technical problem or any other reasons. We will ask further instruction to customers whether to readjust the price or cancel the order. Once order is confirmed, the price will not change.
